Good view but rooms are not clean or good enough Now working as a quarantine center for people coming in from other countries

Slightly old building, nice location, Lakeside rooms, value for money, rooms are distributed in ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor, no elevator, calm and quiet area, beverages corporation's outlet is with in 50 metres, KSRTC bus station in the other side of lake

Lake side. Opposite Kollam KSRTC bus stand. Need improvements. Good for evening outdoor functions.

Very Bad Rooms. Poorly maintained. Too terrible for family
