I got victim of Cheating of “Make my trip” .. they not processed committed Refund for cancelled bookings Id: NN2117047122830 and NN2811547124714 and money transfer pending since last 8 months, now make my trip stopped responding to me and not transferred the money yet.nnIssue escalated to CEO and MD, all sitting quite.nnIf you want to be victim can choose this agent ..

Booked a hotel in Kodaikanal, after booking the booked hotel's location is showing as Munnar, Kerala. Even after calling the customer care and hotel management number of times no service provided.nDidnt even got the refund of Rs. 8000.nEven though the managent didnt returned my refund they send me an invoice of Rs. 5000. Totally non professional service.
