Anybody knows what's going on with the HR of LBF? They don't have experience in setting up Provident Funds accounts online. They make us wait for months. Its not supposed to take that long. I guess they need more training or somebody honestly need to take action if they are not willing to do their assigned work.

Handling of PF for ex-employees is one big problem is LBF. For all of you who haven't taken out PF (employees or ex employees alike) be careful, because the HR team and Finance team is a big lie. Whenever they tell you that it is under process, they are lying. They are just handling your call for the moment and after that they will not even remember. They will keep wasting your time and ask you to call back in a week, a month etc... Nowadays, PF can be done online but LBF has make it so difficult to get it done. They don't do KYC on time. And they will keep asking for excuses because they don't want to work. And they will keep passing the responsibility between HR and Finance. Suman is another one from HR team & Anu from finance, very good in buying times. But nobody will take the responsibility, I guess they don't really care.

LBF is a joke when it comes to handling ex-employees Provident Fund. I'm pretty sure it because they honestly don't care and there is no one to monitor whether the HR is doing their job properly or not. Somebody honestly needs to look into the matter.
