MISPLACE things very occasionally..nAnd takes hell lot of time and after so many reminders u may or may not get ur stuff...nLooting customers...nBehaves very poorly with customers.. Very harsh way of informing things to customers.. Poor behaviour,poor management.. Overall No to wash and care. They definitely put some extra weight under the clothes lot while weighing and overcharge you... Very bad experience.

Totally Pathethic Service!!nWish I would have option to rate in negative then this laundry service would be rated as.nnPathetic service..nIll-mannered communication with customers.nNon-behavioral talks on WhatsApp, infact they take your WhatsApp no. Just to talk nonsense.nnCharging to customer:n₹45/kg... Fine, + ₹5/kg for using Comfort(which you would never know used or not...no good smell, I thought for smell only I paid it)nnWhatever is the weight they will round off on their own and charge extra without your concent.nLate delivery on top.nnFirst & Last service with you #PatheticWash&Care

I had a bad experience on customer behavior and Service Cost, this rating is for wash service. Consumers please find the attached picture for reference. I have paid them 500g extra cost.
