Service is good but the charges are a bit higher side....they have stopped shoe laundry

Very bad service . First time I gave my cloths for wash . surprises to see that cloth only ironed.not washed properly cleaned. cloths still dirty . When i call them then they ask that ur clothes are too dirty our machine can remove one level of dirt . Suprises to see how these type of laundry services are running in market.. even there machine didnt remove dirt from.handkerchief
