The old system of licence renewal on DOB of applicant was much smooth and corruption free.nOnline renewal is hoax asn1. Its time consuming long processn2. Its adding to corruption at local police stationsn3. Ultimately applicant still needs to visit licence branch to complete processnStrange calling it online process which adds up applicant to grease palms in name of verification.nHope authorities look into same to improve it to real online process

No point of taking an appointment as whoever breaks the line wins. Staff doesn't communicate properly and some of them came for work pretty late

Very poor response from pro desk.no body pick the phone.iam apply for arms licence renewal in Feb but till date no response from branch. Pls senior official do something.
