Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They don't pick calls after making false commitments. It's been a week since I have submitted my documents for a new account opening and after several visits to the branch I still don't have an A/C number with me. This branch is just spoiling the name of ICICI in the industry. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

Very bad experience,I deposited a cheque of 636rs in drop box on dated 4th April 2020 but this cheque is not credited in my account as yet.Lot of times I contacted branch for enquiring about this but not any solution from bank side.

It is one of the worst branch of ICICI in east Delhi. Cash deposit procedure is so time consuming! They have installed tabs to generate reference number but at the same time they want all the details to be written on a slip(old school things).nYou can surely come here to waste your precious time.
