Very nice well maintained. Pooja is performed only on every Monday. Temporarily closed due to covid19 virus.This temple is at Talpana and not from Mokhard, Canacona. The concerned guides should not misguide people.Please correct it. Mokhard has separate temple for which you hve to go by old highway near Bhatpal, Canacona, Goa.

This temple has unique tradition. Its sutuated at village Mokhard on the bank of river Talpon. There is annual lamp (Divja) festival in the month of March or April. Traditionally the devotees were from fishermen community from Talpona and they usecto come in canoe at this temple for this festival. Some of them use to stay for a fortnight and perform rituals and then return to their home. .
