Me and my husband went for an anniversary celebration at this resort in Nov 2020. The rooms are very clean and they take all the precautions for covid 19. The breakfast was good with too many varieties,the food was also good. The employees are very polite and cooperative. They have a beach connected to the hotel and it's very clean,a perfect place to relax. We would like to visit the hotel again.nnPlease note.: Only one suggestion to improvise on room service as it was delayed during stay. Though post informing at the reception ,the request was completed immediately.

Perfect place for a peaceful holiday with family. Private beach access, massive campus, clean bathrooms, fast room service for food orders, polite and courteous staff at restaurants and at reception as well. It's a luxurious property and beach grill food is awesome. They have lot of variety in breakfast and dinner buffet and food taste is very well balanced. Special thanks to the chef for delicious food served to us during our whole stay.nDeducted two stars because house cleaning neglected our request for beach towel and bath towel change in spite of informing them multiple times and also we had a power outage on our room for which they took almost an hour to fix and that too they came to fix it after multiple calls. Found house cleaning staff quite lethargic and it's a suggestion to management to improve housecleaning. These basic facilities we even get in a 3 star and 4 star hotels where they do daily visits for house cleaning but this was just pathetic in case of 5 star category hotel such a Holiday inn. Did not meet the very basic expectations.

Great food and great room service. The pool was closed due to the pandemic but the gym and spa were open. The private beach was very clean and beautiful. Even the beach side restaurant had great food and service. Overall a great experience.

This was our first visit after Covid 19, the hotel did everything possible to keep it safe. The staff does not enter to room to keep you safe.(except the one to clean you too in a pp kit)nThe property is very spacious and a very helpful staff. Property connected to the very pleasant beach is all we needed. Very nice restaurant at the beach, the staff are very helpful to even get the order to the leisure beds looking into the beach.nTo sum it up a good hotel who took very good and safe care of its customers who very enjoying their holiday

Very good place to stay, beach property that gives ample time to spend both in room and at the beach. The property is huge and you can take a nice walk across the property. Very good staff, maintaining proper safety and following contactless process. The entire team at the hotel is following all health and safety guidelines to make our stay safe!!
