One of the smaller stations on the Hubbali - Madgaon railway line. Most trains do not stop here, except the local trains...nBut once while returning from Dudh Sagar waterfall, the train stopped here for a while for a crossingnA quaint station set in the backdrop of some beautiful greenery. There is a small covered area for shelter during bad weather. There is an information board with arrivals and departures and sufficient benches for passengersnBeing a small station, the express and superfast trains normally do not stop here, only the DEMUs and the passenger trains halt here...

Its one of the intermediate station between Madgaon and Kulem. Its maintained often. Not much rush of a place.
