Station exit roads are not good and proper bus stand is not there. Need to walk by own for catch the local bus. Best part, this station is the nearest station for baga beach GOA.

Thivim is a 2nd Station of goa after pernem, though it's small but many trains stops at this station and it's near to mapusa, calangute, baga beaches. In 20 minutes time one can reach calangute beach. There is a hotel subodh residency and Sneh guest house at a distance of 500 meters where one can stay if coming by train late night or wants to catch a train early morning
