Great gym with well maintained equipments. The owner himself is an avid fitness enthusiast and has also participated in bodybuilding shows. Training is good and coupled with a service minded attitude. The top part is dedicated to cardio while the ground floor focuses on weight training. Machines are new and there is space to keep your stuff. There is also ample of parking near the gym for four or two wheelers. The packages are quite attractive and appealing. Highly recommended place for locals and tourists.

One of the finest gyms you will find in and around porvorim..superbly maintained equipments and great ambience..the trainers here are professional and do a great job of motivating you to complete that one last rep..and the owner mr. Gauresh gawas who has had multiple wins at bodybuilding events across goa is the one you should definitely have a conversation with for complete information on your training regime and diet requirements.nYOU ARE GOING TO SEE YOUR BODY TRANSFORM FOR SURE.!!

This is by far the best Gym in Porvorim. Women can comfortably workout here. All the equipments are just working perfectly. Plus its not heavily crowded like the others. Trainers are extremely helpful.

Just enrolled for 1 year, its not very big gym but it's not crowded in the morning,they got all the necessary equipments and all are well maintained
