Best gym with some great machines but definitely need few more equipments for body building..... spacious than many other nearby gyms.. Instructors are also very kind and helpful.. True value for money if you go for annual plan.nItz my 2nd year in this gym and i am very much satisfied with the service they provide and looking forward to renew my plan for the 3rd year also.nYou rock shape shifters teamud83eudd18

One of the best gyms in Porvorim. It is always your gym trainer who makes the difference and Asif Sheikh is one of the best gym instructors I have ever come across. I am grateful for the assistance and encouragement to do better everyday. Thank you for always being always being around from the start to the end of my workout. Thank you for being helpful and continue to do the amazing job that you do your way!!! Your sense of humour is a must have, so keep it up!!!
