State of the art training facility. They have proper squat racks, bench and Olympic plates. They have everything you need for a great workout! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The owner is very nice also.nnHighly recommend this gym. Best gym I have been to in India.

I've never been in a gym with a better vibe. It has great range of equipments.The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around. highly recommended!

The Best gym ever!!!!nLove this place!Management and service is top notch,great equipment,and the environment is perfect!The priority here is always the members, from the classes to the equipment to the extras.Amazing gym with a very friendly and comfortable atmosphere as well as a knowledgeable and helpful staff.Top-notch staff,you could not ask for a better gym in Quincy.Excellent trainers and a extremely dedicated owner!(Imran Khan!!)look forward to many more years here.I wish I could give LIFE more stars!!!
