We ordered crab today and we were served empty shell decorated by French fries and spring onions. The cook had audacity to send out empty shells with no crab meat. Manager did even have the courtesy to come forward and speak to us to find out what the complaint was about. I refused to pay for this one specific dish however a revised invoice was presented to me with reduced amount. I did not pay for this specific dish eventually. Lack of ownership for what’s been served and lack of authority for decision making was evident. It’s a shame to see a nice looking place with tremendous potential go to waste. I hope team realises soon and makes necessary changes else hardworking support staff will soon be out of jobs

Food taste was not so good! Fish wasn't fresh. Food was expensive as compared to other restaurant! Not value for money

Delicious food, Christmas decorations and live music, what else do you want ? Amaaaazing place. Must visit!
