Bad service.... after having a hairwash i found to get too much hairfall

I can grade it average only, two of the staff are courteous. Facial massaging is good, but overall effect after the facial is average only. Not aware of the products they are using. When asked for a comb, one of the staff just with her eyes showed the side where combs were kept, not bothered to open her mouth or pointing with her finger. Don't feel like going there again.
