J29 is the best sports bar in Goa, hands down. The whole place was filled with tourists from the UK enjoying a Liverpool vs Everton live match with proper sporting kit and all. It was an amazing experience watching the match with proper emotions at display from the passionate fans. There are so many screens to watch the match, that's it's impossible to miss any moment. The beers go down well and the food is decent.

Very suffocating when crowded on match days. I recommend sitting in open air. Additionally, the food is abysmal. Decent match viewing experience though

We were supposed to spend the day at the beach but it decided to rain. So instead we spent it at J29 Sports Bar and Grill. We arrived here at 1 pm to watch the ICC World Cup so we ordered a few cocktails since they had this deal of buy 1 get 1 free on all cocktails. We had to wait a whole two hours for the kitchen to open. At 3 pm, we ordered some fries, chicken and beef dishes. We were really surprised with the way it tasted. This was the best restaurant that we tasted when we visited North Goa.

A great sports bar for watching games and have drinks. Bartender is fun and entertaining. It is on the main drag and fun for people watching. Not the place to take kids, unless you are a kid at heart....
