Axis Bank

One of third class Loan Center service at this branch. People are standing in a queue to take Token during lockdown in such a heat in Ahmedabad since morning. Even staff is there since 9.15 am. But they are not issuing token. Even there is no respect for aged people who are standing in queue. If bank want To issue loan, they will come to your home. But if people are here to fill some form to reduce loan interest, they are not interested. Worlds number one third class service of this branch and also I came to know from my friend this is same behaviour at other axis branch also. I strongly suggest to axis head to take proper action here.

Very customer service , executives are money minded. They behave nicely while opening account but after they not at all care about customers. Better choose ICICI or other bank for better service

I don't have options for zero star that's why I given 1 bcz i have seen third class service in my life and also bank staff has no knowledge regarding process and all full of lack knowledge I feel like they are not proper qualified like under graduate I suggest everyone never take any service from this bank choose another one if u want to waste your money and time then you are right place
