Red Rocks Cafe: Red Stone

They have fantastic food and the people are great!!! Our host Amy made our birthday celebration flawless and kept the drinks and food flowing. We absolutely love Red Rocks Cafe and can not say enough about the food and staff. And during this time when going out to restaurants can be a little scary for people they went above and beyond to make our group feel comfortable. Thank you Amy your the best!!!

Made a reservation and told them my spouse had allergies. Her plate came out with what could have been pepper ( DON'T WANT HER THROAT CLOSING UP) manager says sorry about the grill marks!! Really!! How about we just do not want to kill someone for having allergies!! Better safe than sorry! Then the waitress says the manager took your meal off the bill, that did not happen!! We used to really like Red Rocks. But were done !!

Picked up two Kobe beef burgers with sides yesterday (11/11/20). This was our first experience with Kobe beef - and it was exceptional. The depth of flavor in these burgers is nothing less than spectacular and they were grilled perfectly to our specifications (one medium, one medium well). I'd ordered the risotto as my side with some hesitation, as it's a small act of God to get risotto correct. I'm telling you, I'd eat bowl-fulls of this risotto if I could! Their chef knows EXACTLY what he's doing; full of freshly sauteed mushrooms, with a hint of cream and (of course) some butter - this was made by a chef that takes enormous pride in his work.nnSince COVID has impacted our jobs, hubby and I haven't splurged on a restaurant meal since Spring of this year. We can assure you, this restaurant's food is worth every penny. We ordered by phone and picked up. Just a WONDERFUL meal made with top notch ingredients and enormous care.

Sat on the patio of this great little restaurant. The hostess was very friendly and the wait staff was attentive without being pushy. I really enjoyed The Southern Salad. Perfect for outside dining. Very nice evening. We will be back next time we are in town.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us tonight. Such a great experience! Service excellence and food was delicious along with the beautiful Christmas music and decor! Highly recommend this location!
