Hotel Vraj Inn, Dwarka

Hotel is located in good and posh area in Dwarka,hotel rooms are big and clean, you can stay here with friends or family, the owner and staff here is very friendly, restaurant is also available there so you don't have to go outside the hotel for it, and food is also good.

Cleanliness is poor. In drinking water jug found cockroaches. Hotel care taker and person on reception donnot know how to talk to their customer. Very rude approach. I booked the room for two nights from mumbai and paid one day advance. Normally balance payment should be paid at the time of check out. This people are so rude that they asked for complete payment at the time of check in. I called the person to whom i gave my advance was not ready to listen any thing and disconnected my call. NOT WORTH TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL

Very outside the main city, staff was good, railway station is near and all other things were far like ghats,temple, main market, hence always prefer to take hotels near temple or bhadrakali chowk or sabzi mandi side, if you stay at this hotel, you always need an auto to and fro because of distance , instead book hotel Pari and nearby hotels which are in centre of City, temples and market and we do not need any vehicle to commute, although hotel is neat, clean and staff is good,
