However rooms are spacious, but cleanliness is very poorly maintained. Room service facilities are also very poor. Servicebase needs to be improved drastically.

Good ambiance..nPoor services...nBathroom was not very clean..nFood excellant..

Nice hotel with good rooms, if you think to stay in Dwarika it best hotel near to Temple. Also we had breakfast there good service and quality of food is also good.nnThey maintenan Goos hygiene in this covid time.

Not Worth it..nnThis is one of the old hotels of Dwarika, no more able to live up to the credibility.nnThe check-in was smooth, didnt liked the 1st room shown due to the damping smell.nnRoom facilities: Bed and Pillows were ok.. But the Linen looked dirty and not fresh. The room was very dusty with curtains not sure when cleaned. Lot of dust and dirt visible across the room in areas like around TV unit, behind and below bed. No kettle in the room, need to call restaurant for anytime you need hot water.nnBathroom too was old and not maintained well, with salt water spoots across the tiles mirrors, buckets & Mugs. No Hair dryer was available. Had to ask for toilet paper roles. No toiletries provided except 2 soaps.nnRestaurant: Buffet Breakfast was over before 9.30 am even when 10.00 was the time suggested by restaurant. The breakfast provided later lacked the basic taste, the service was very very poor, with Waiters not listening and displaying horrible attitude and body language. The Manager too didnt cared for any complaints we had wrt to the food.nnDinner was relatively better in terms of service, but still didnt have any decent preparation. Everything was oily and to much of spices.nnThe unprofessional attitude runs across the staff with Hotel reception person disturbing me twice in between my dinner, as there was some problem with Booking Voucher. The issue was between hotel and its channel partner and booking details was clear on my side, still I was made to call MMT to get the booking Voucher w/o bothering to call there channel partner.nnIn all don't bother spending on this old and unprofessionally managed hotel when you have better and new hotel properties available.
