Dear sir, You may know very well the current situation across the country due to the outbreak of Corona 19. Despite the poor situation elsewhere, I managed to get one of your branches at Swaraj Round in Thrissur for holding an urgent transaction. I could get there only by 3.58 pm and I was disappointed by the response of the staff and managers of the branch. Despite I reached the branch before 4 pm, I was turned downed by them saying transaction time was over. I was wondering when all the agencies trying their level best to help people rising to the occasion, our nationalised bank is trying to put the life of common man into more difficult by denying their legitimate service. I wrote this letter to bring this issue into your notice and a good word or action will do a lot of good or changes in the life of many. Thanks

The WORST Bank. Worst employees, worst services. NRI Branch manager Sunil, NRI relationship manager Mr. ARUN and Mr DHEERAJ are not coperative and they are trying to fool the clients with stupid explanations. If u are a gentle client pls dont bank with SBI.
