Doctors & nurses are doing good job here. Premises are kept clean. But very poor booking staff. They give timings to come for OP & we were forced to wait for 2-3 hours. Have more than 3 experiences.

Reasonable hospital which is very accessible from all major transport hub such a bus stand and railway station. Usually not much crowded. Infrastructure is not updated in last 4 years but medical treatment is pretty good.. Parking space is limited, no reasons to worry as nearby roads are open for parking.. advance booming facility available, but consulting fees are on higher side

Doctors and nurses give excellent care here in this hospital. But I am forced to reduce 2 stars because of the lazy peoples sitting inside the pharmacy. Eventhough there is no rush, it took 15-20 min to take a medicine. I could see they were chit chatting in between instead of serving a customer and making the customer wait for a long time. Else i am satisfied with the overall service

Very worst experience from the sun medical and research centre , (Heart hospital) because my mother was treated very badly by Dr Judo J Vachaparambil. She was admitted for 9 days, because of pneumonia she collapsed and dead. The reason he told me is that there is no Bronchoscopy test available here (sun medical and research centre), so she collapsed, he don't even refer to other hospital for the tests at the right time, just told us to wait and see,(Don't know may be the hospital income may lose if they discharge us) these doctor is very very poor, no ethics in his profession, he's not a good decision maker to treat the patients, Not worth using the training got from Outside our country. Please take care of your beloved ones while get treatment from sun medical and research centre (Heart hospital). Very very bad experience

Recently my wife had to undergo a surgery (by Dr. Devaprasad). Dr. Devaprasad in particular and his team of Nurses and other staff were also supportive, compassionate and helpful. The hospital has good canteen, parking spaces and ATM facility within the compound too.
