Don't delivery at home & behavior is very rude
Staff behavior was very worst.....
Worst experience ever. The parcel wasn't delivered yet the site showed that parcel is delivered.
They cannot accept phone calls
There is no option to give 0 point otherwise I will give 0. They don't deliver parcel at home. I would like to share my last case. Axis bank couriered my ATM card through speed post. The delivery boy did not deliver it to me and updated on the system that it has been delivered to me. After a lot of follow up, he finally told me that it was with him and now he has given it to the shop which is near my house. I am not able to understand how he can do it. And also how he can give my Bank document to the Shopkeeper without my consent.
