VERY POOR DELIVERY SERVICES , NO ACTION AFTER LODGING COMPLAINT. BOOKED PARCEL 4 DAYS BACK FROM DELHI TO CHANDIGARH AND TILL NOW WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED , FOLKS DON'T TRUST THEM

Worse experience. Had to collect something for urgent basic so went myself to collect. It was not on railway station road and was near saini service center,which is visible on road. After many rounds and taking help from people i could reach.nGood is that they were shifting to industrial area phase 1 soon. I hope then it would be easy to reach.

too wrost service . no one contact before delivering the shipment. even i call them multiple times to give me my shipment or contact number of office but nothing shared on call. Dumb courier service. I have requested to pick my shipment myself but the address shared was wrong.

Worst courier service never take up their services they take 5 days to deliever where other couroer services takes only 1 day to do so
