I waited for a few hours then after I got my bank statement on 20th, I reached out to them today reminding of the incident and to check the CCTV, the owner flatly refused and said footage are available only for 10 days. He was not even bothered to listen to our words. Stay away from these crooks.

Like the other 1-2 big departmental stores in Bhiwani you can get most of the household items in this one as well. Despite that I am not willing to give this store four or even full five stars. Although they have the household items their prices seem to be different for the same item which can be bought from a nearby shop at a cheaper price. On top of that the reasoning given by them for the different higher prices is so absurd that they believe that the customer is a total idiot and will believe what they say just because its available at a big departmental store like Karamdeep.
