Apollo Pharmacy

I bought a Deodorant from Apollo Pharmacy Sector 7 Market in lockdown period on 1st April 2020. Accedantly it was defected. I was in market same evening and I told the salesman that I got a defevtive piece. He said no problem Sir you can exchange it anytime. I was happy to heard this.n2 Days later I went to shop again to buy Shampoo and exchange the Deodorant but salesman very rudely said we don't have return and exchange policies.nI also got angry and left it over there and shameless salesman said throw it any where we don't care.nHow nice Apollo's Salesmen are.

Worst shop to visit , stuff is rude as well they only there to sell Apollo products that’s it . And they talk in very un professional way , I asked for baby nail cuter they said we only have one with 500 rs , but I asked for any lower price one they said it’s pharmacy we don’t keep nail cutter , so how come they selling nail cuter of rs 500 ,and started shouting on me , take action or I will take action legally from my side

Most common medicines are not available at 1. Apollo pharmacy, I visited many times to buy some medicines but evertime they said we don't have. And it's more surprises me the same medicines are available in their neighborhooda releively small chemist shop.n2. One more thing that surprises more : they don't have toilet rolls , and protein X ( orignal) which is very demanding.n3. Most important PRICE, they sell everything on MRP , while neighborhood give discount on MRP.n4. Attitude is very arrogant.

It's nice
