Excellent food

I stayed here for a week and my stay was superb.. The quality of the food is mind blowing .. The best you can get anywhere and the service is really fast and outstanding and I would also like to mention about the check-in the hotel.. The check-in was very smooth and the reception person is very humble and polite overall great experience in hotel

The food really great and it was very hygienic. I really like the staff behaviour towards customers. Kind.

This place is totally divorced from the industry it represents , the 'hospitality industry'. Their services and few staff members do not even know basic courtesies. And the owner of this place is a big cheat who duped me into booking a costlier room not once but twice. Luxury in the name of furniture , A.Cs ( which too do not function well ) etc do not suffice to belong to this industry. Hope this small town Una has better and more worthy hotels coming up in next few years.

I am a regular visitor to this establishment for past 3 years and never have i ever faced any kind of inconvenience. Staff is very helful especially owner and food is of excellent quality as well as rooms are well furnished with every basic amenties available.
