Beautiful site. One of the best site to visit out side Chandigarh(90km approx). Prefer bike ride to enjoy more. Must try the fresh fish at the shop near dam.

It's a beautiful dam build in the Sutlej river. The view from the Bhakra Dam is so mesmerising. One of the biggest dam I have ever seen. If your are going from Nangal Route then you have to take a bus or go by your own convenience. I have posted pics of there check out. Just go with your friends and family you will see the gigantic creation of human in the river.
