The name completely defines the place. Its not just a gym, its a fitness club that includes weight training, cardio, fitness training, health training and health talks as well. The trainer/owner is so good and knowledgeable and he himself also trains and guides the people about various exercises. The gym is having all the equipments and machines for weight training. There is a whole floor available for aerobics.nnThe helth cafe below the gym is also very good and all the dishes made are completely organic and healthy.

The gym is good, neat and clean.nHave all equipments.nThe trainer and owner is so knowledgable that he himslef trains you and correct ur mistakes..nWith facilities like sauna and all, the price is justified....

I think this is the best gym in PALAMPUR. I will give full marks for the hygiene.This gym has good and helping trainers specially the owner sandeep sir who is very helpful.
