If you want to RUIN the perfect surprise for your loved ones you are at right place...Arena Flowers seems to have no respect or care for their customers. Ordered on 13th Feb around 6 in evening, a valentine teddy combo (15 roses, some chocolates & teddy) to be delivered to my wife on 14th Feb between 8.00am to 4.00 pm. Got an email at 10 pm saying the order was delivered. But in reality the order was never delivered on 14 Feb. The delivery was done on 15 feb at around 8 pm. The pics will tell you what they delivered...nContacting Customer care is torturing process.... and ii of no use..their advice was to accept the delivery as no refund would be done under any circumstances...nnMy advice to ppl considering ordering through arena flowers kindly refrain using them.

This a a fake. There are 2- 3 people operating different flourist websites. They will tell you wrong names and lie to your face when they are unable to provide service.nArena flowers,city flowers, bharatsthali, other bunch of websites. Mostly flourist.nSo if you are facing issues with arenaflowera and dont like their service you call a different website and you are caought up with the same people using different names and telling you that they are from a different company. Fooling customers and very unethical approach.nStay alert.
