The Sirmour Retreat

Needs to manage professionally. Property and it's location is good.nnBut there are more than 100 stairs to reach the rooms. So, for old people, it is a little bit troublesome.nnComplimentary breakfast and dinner is very tasteful, but breakfast buffet is ready by 9 am and dinner by 9 pm. So, with small kids, you will have to spend extra ordering from the restaurant.nnStaffs are courteous and always ready to help. A little improvement overall is needed.nnBut it's a good lazy stay place.

After 9 months of home working I was looking for a place, which can give me peace, close to the nature and relaxing, and my decision to be at Sirmour Retreat was the perfect one. Super location and the view. Very hospitable staff, makes you feel at home.

Excellent stay. I was worried due to COVID19 situation but this hotel is maintaining healthy hygiene services. Food is awesome. Behaviour of staff is polite. Premises are very clean and calm.

Went there on 5th of Dec, wasn't there for stay, Just for the lunch... Restaurant 360° lagged of someone to listen our order nd queries.nSomehow managed to give order but waiting for food was long... Even when there wasn't any other active table. Gave order for 2 pax - Cauliflower Manchurian & Egg fried Rice which was already late. But in aaddition - Manchurian was given 8-10 mins before the Fried rice...nPortion size was good even though taste was also acceptable but wasn't warm by the time.... Rest it was a Good spot for winters to enjoy with family or Groups... Really need to focus on service details..
