No hot water , no 1 lit complimentary drinking water bottle, room's are not upto the mark. Extra charges for room heater in winter ❄ufe0f.nnWritten this review after staying 8 days in this hotel. No refund facilities.nnParking closed between 5 to 7 pm.nnStaff and food is good but accommodation facilities are not upto the mark.

Hotel was good but there are issues with the hygiene and cleanliness issues . The room which was offered to us was smelling because of dirty washroom. Breakfast was served in the restaurant whichever was not at all cleaned breakfast was ok ok you can explore better places in the city itself

Very smelly room. Dining area very dirty. Everything was smelling like cigarette smoke. Poor staff and hospitality

We got a chance to stay in this hotel.nLcd in the room was not working,they change our room after complaining,but same problem persist in that room as well. We ordered one thali in dinner which was our biggest mistake, jeera aalu kon deta hai bhai thali mein........sweet dish came after reminding them.......not a good experience.
