Worst experience. The Agent took Money for Umrah package 5 months in advance and didn't plan the trip untill a week before. Informed us about departure a week before the departure date. Did not provide airport pickup in Saudi. We had to travel over 200 kilometers all the way to Bhatkal to get our visa and passports at our own cost that too 3 days before our departure date. The flight tickets were provided to us at the day of departure. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Agent after taking the money does not pick up calls and you have to trace him to his office physically. He offers low rates to attract people but DO NOT OPT FOR THIS AGENT FOR YOUR HAJJ OR UMRAH PACKAGES. Many other agencies based in mumbai and bangalore are offering bettet at the same price.
