Dear sir, How much a tea costs for you??? 20? 30?nEven I if you charge 50% profit on this it will work out to 30 or 45 respectively. You people are charging extremely high for a cup of tea. 63 ₹ is not it huge? I am uploading the photo of the bill which has been charged for a cup of tea. For 63 ₹ two people can have enough meals to survive. In other hotels they will give full meals for 50₹. When comes to other things 1. Garden is maintained well and good. 2. Room services are worst I ever seen. 3. No body will be there in reception. 4. Never expect hot water, need to call reception 10 15 times no body will pick the call, even if they receive the call and respond it will take 1 Hr to arrange for hot water. 5. Rooms have never cleaned for a long time it seems. 6. Never expect Door mats, I have been 5 days here and each day purposefully I asked for the same but it is of no use. The manager I charge should take the minimum responsibility to fulfill minimum needs of the customers if you can’t give minimum facilities also, i suggest not to give booking to customers and close the hotel, services are very poor but you still charge 5, 6 times higher for foods when compared to others which is not justified. Treat a customer as a king ud83eudd34, not a beggar begging for each minimum service.

Very poor management! Pathetic response...utter waste of money and time! Tasteless spoilt food.. no hot water facility.. better to shut down the services when they cannot understand the value of customers and their money.. no 24hrs services.. dirty toilets!!

Ambience is good.nService and food are just okaynSwimming pool badly maintainednCost for the amenities available is slightly high

Food is good. Can't complain.nBut highly overpriced, especially for the service they provide. Very Untrained professionals kept as waiters. Didn't care to clean the table we sat on, simply told us to change the tables. Very slow service even if we're the only customers there
