The doctor didn't agree on helping, Reason: he stated the clinic is closed in the afternoon. Though all we asked was an emergency on-call guidance.nHis way of speech was so unprofessional.nNever will consider stepping into this clinic, anybody reading this, I would suggest the same.nThere are better clinics in the surroundings, please consider those.nThis is not the first time. He doesn't even deserve 1-star.

The doctor is knowledgeable and have good experience in treating the dog. But his professionalism is a big Q? As being a doctor he should make sure to talk with the customer in polite way and not being a corn artist.
