Sir/Madam,nnI would like to bring following points regarding service of Bharath Petroleum service station.nn1. I went to fill the petrol in the Saptagiri service station, Ooty road, Nanjangud 571301 on 24.10.2020.n2. I filled the petrol for 210 Rs. I didn't had enough hard cash. But I had wallet balance of Rs 248 (Screen shot attached).n3. I tried scanning many Times but it didn't work.n4. I told service boy that scanning is not working in here. But service boy rudley said that if didn't work pay through cash. He didn't had uniform too. Later he started using singular words and started quarrelling with me. I felt really bad from this.n5. I had credit card (screen shot attached) later I paid from it. Using credit card was not 1st option for me.n6. There was another service boy he also started quarrelling with me.n6. The misbehaving of employees is increasing day by day in the same fuel station.n7. I was one who questioned about the service of the fuel station many times but the management is not providing proper service.n8. Many times I have face same problem.nnNeed proper service from the fuel station, management and employees.nnRequest your kind intervention and early necessary resolution please.

I have experienced worst service here few times, now the recent one is they filled petrol to my diesel car . I have mentioned petrol and moreover it is written diesel on the tank cover, but they are not at all responsible at services they are suppose to provide. And my few friends also experienced the same
