An awesome tourist attraction in Shimoga. Must visit place. Hundreds of cows of all Indian breeds are sheltered here.

It's an excellent goushala which houses 33 different breeds of Indian Vedic cows. First of its kind in entire country. Over 500 cow 100 acres of land on the banks of Sharavathi river. Has cottages for stay and excellent divine food. Can do goseva, meditation, bird watching, 4 temples to visit including 400 yrs old Govardhan Giridhari temple midst of Goshala. A must visit for spiritual awakening...
