Worst attitude from the owner itself.. not jus once or twice but every single time of the visit to the shop has been worst experience. Not jus fore but every customer.

Shopkeeper attitude omg. Thinks he owns the world. No proper service. Neglects the customer. Felt very bad. Businesses people shouldn't behave like this.

The staffs are straight up rude. Very judgemental, won't even care to show the bike(cycle) properly and they'll only start being nice after you purchase the bike. One of my friends purchased the bicycle ( cosmic 16k ) couple of days ago ( 3 days to be exact ) and he had a problem with the gear shifter and the chain, he went there to get it checked( and yeah he had the mudguards removed). The response he got still baffles me, they said the chain and gear problem is the result of removed mudguardsud83eudd26. Won't even accept that it's their fault. What does mudguard have to do anything with gear and chain. Very sales oriented, worst customer service experience.ud83dudc4e

They have good variety of products. Prices are moderated.. no discounts can be expected.
