This is a very good arrangement made by highway authority of making a resting zone for the driving folks from long distance to stop off the highway and take rest.nnThere is no facilities as such except for clean parking area to have a quick nap or enjoy your packed food from home.

So unfortunate to see, this place in diapilated state. This is the only rest area available between Dharwad to Bengaluru or vice versa. There is no one to take care. Everywhere you can see broken beer bottles. Kids and old men must be careful at every step. Clearly shows govts apathy. So many thousands of crores collected as toll and not even one maintained area for hundreds of kilometres.

Never thought there would be spacious rest area, we can park our vehicle, cook some food and eat when we are travelling to pune from banglore

Its vood place to halt but you need to pay cash. They don't have any electronic payment options.
