It is a good shopping mall. There are too many services available. Fine place to spend time with friends and family.nBut it lacks innovations and seems a bit old fashioned.

Have variety shops like salons, dress materials, footwear shops, perfume shop, super market etc. It is the first shopping complex in Thrissur but due to other new shopping mall the rush of people to City Center has declined. Although the water fountain has an wonderful attraction of people. Due to its position in the center of town it has gained attraction. You can park your vehicle easily inside the centre.

In the heart of thrissur it was once a good place to shop, but now it has a deserted look. Mail is not maintained properly. Most of the shops have closed.
