Ordered a sofa and a table, i was happy with its quality and fast delivery in time.

We ordered a sofa and teapoy and got delivered within a week or so.. but the delivered product were not as per our requirement. Since then.. it's been 4 months.. after calling once or even twice almost every week. Not even one guy from their company (who assured to be with us just a call away.. 10 years warranty and all) could come and attend the issue or even take measurements for correction. They simply ask u to talk vid the factory guy.. or the manager so on and so forth.. or will assure to attend the issue soon.. but no response or action taken yet.. VERY POOR FEEDBACK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE....

I'm orderd a sofa, a mattress an TV stand and four wood chairs...I got the delivery on time...good service... especially i like the behaving personality of there staff's...
