Rooms are spacious and clean as usual. Their buffet breakfast improved a lot over the years. Earlier there wasn't much variety available. Now, we have wide range of dishes to select from. Be prepared for a lighter lunch ud83dude0a after having such a heavy breakfast. Their travel desk is also much faster in response.

This hotel is so comfy. Each and every amenities is good and all the facilities like room service, wi-fi, laundry, bar, restaurant & outer and inner view is so good except laundry. I'm not satisfied with it because they give us our washed clothes in a packet and I couldn't check it that time. After opening it my kurti looks like it was not washed patches of black color on it still remain and even it is not properly packed after pressing. And charge is Rs 35 for one kurti. Beware of this type of incidence which i faced. On third floor there is a fountain with natural look and alive fishes. It is so romantic and attraction point of this hotel. All the staffs are well behaved and guards are so active.

Good stay, good food, good restaurant & bar. But the services and behaving of the entite staff especially those in charge of bar very very poor and not customer friendly. They give discount to certain customers only, in the bar & restaurant. This is discrimination.
