The worst kind of people you can come across in the field of construction. They are complete frauds. Do not believe a word they say. They are many cases pending against them. There is not a single retailer in Kollam who will supply them materials.nnAll the excellent reviews posted on this site are done by his former employees and friends. The person to look out for is the Chief architect and the owner. They don't have any interest in our dream house, it's just the money. They are more into duping NRI clients. Those of you who have already fallen into his trap, either try to get out or don't give him any more money. Also make sure the materials used are of good quality.nnThis is my personal experience.nnSTAY AWAY FROM THEM.

They will.never deliver the project on time. Will draw up contemporary designs and while construction work is going on, will change the plan citing vaastu issues. Don't trust a word they say. They are just international in looting the hard earned money of customers.

This review is based on my personal experience. Very slow work. The time of completion of work is only seven month but after 20 month the work is not completed. If u r calling for follow up they will answer ur call only when they feel like. Again this is my personal experience.nnThere office is closed. Took all money and work is still pending.
