This was a very good hotel and really needs a 5 star. The rooms were big and clean. Not like other hotels where we need to ask for everything. Water was bottled and provided complementary with stay. There is also a skybar on roof top and a bar inside the hotel too. Staff was helpful too. Over and above we enjoyed being quite close to the beach.

The hotel is easily accessible, and is at a quite place. Kollam.beach is nearby but definitely not in its immediate vicinity. Wash rooms need to be maintained properly. Cleanliness must improve. The staff were friendly and courteous.
