Hotel Railview

Had a lunch(Veg thali) there, it was horrible, food was cold and almost everything was empty but bill they will charge 2X more than other hotels, atleast they could have informed that they don’t have enough left to serve us. do they claim themselves as star hotel? I was more happy to have lunch in veg hotel inside station.

Had been to their Restaurant (Symphony) on my recent trip to Kollam. Food was amazing. Since it is just opposite to the Kollam Railway station, it is very convenient for Rail Travellers. Want to stress the fact that the Coffee was too good. Dont miss it, if you are visiting this restaurant. Good work Symphony Team !!

The hotel is located right in front of the railway station.The hotel looks Okayish from the outside. But looks nice from the inside. Rooms are kept neat and tidy. Didn't get any hot water in the morning. There is a bar attached to it.I was told that there is room service available which I didn't avail since there are very good vegetarian restaurants available at walkable distance. I did had a dispute with them regarding the bill, but overall the stay was okay but that being said the room service needs to be improved.
