It is highly disappointing to see a brand like Toni&Guy not following Covid 19 protocols strictly. They wear gloves only when are they told so. Threading is done using the same old method without a mask and risking contact with the customer. They should wear the thread around their neck and use this new method which most of the parlours are currently following! (other Toni&Guy branches across india)nOr else they should stop this particular service as it is a huge risk for both the customer as well as the stylist.

It's upsetting that, an international brand like toni guy whatever, is not following any kind of COVID-19 protocol. Dismaying that my sister came out in tears telling me that, even after repeated requests the girl who attended her didn't bother to wear a glove and mask. PLEASE DO NOT GO, they aren't following any COVID protocol for their procedures.

The best place in town if u really want to do a proper hair cut ,beard cut or styling! CHOGYAL ud83dudc48this man is the best stylist available now! He did for me what ppl frm naturals lounge said no for!!!Highly recommended!
