OYO 9417 Seaside Residency

First of all no cards accepted here and linen was dirty and tiolet was pathetic, receptionist was very rude I must say don't book a room here

Rooms are not good. No lift. Manager is good. Location is good. Not in sea side so don't go with the name. Food is not good.

Nice budget stay, location can be rated 4 out of 5 as beach is just 400 meters walk ud83cudfdd. You can get all relevant location information from reception desk. All basic amenities were there with an AC room & WiFi

It's okay. Neither bad nor so good. The reception guy was decent enough.

This happened with me first time, they didn't care about online booking, and asked us to pay the increased charges, also if we cancel booking and pay them directly then they will reduce the charges, though still higher than the online amount which we paid. We paid as it was heavily raining. Then waited for two hours for room. Then later we don't get towels as they say it is difficult to make them dry. They have the AC supply separate, and turn off the AC to save electricity, even though you want it due to humidity. The we go down stairs all the way 2 floors to request them to turn AC on as there is no lift. God help someone who would take room on 3rd floor. Morning they served idli which was good enough.
