Dr Phillip John is an exemplary doctor with sound ethics, strong sense of empathy for his patients and is immensely knowledgeable. Blessed to have met him.

Worst experience ever in my life.. Don't have a superlative above that.The doctor as well as the staff don't know how to behave and don't care about our efforts and time.The doctor is so arrogant and stubborn.We made prior bookings a week back and waited around 6 hours to meet him.He was very rude at us and just wanted an YES for all the statements (not questions) he makes and makes diagnosis and decides treatment the very moment we enters his cabin.We are not supposed to ask any doubts or give any clarification on things he tells about us.He said people from all over Central Kerala are insane just because we won't gulp what he says.

Dr Philip John is a dear person and and a great Doctor. He takes the time to explain in detail, helping us understand the matter at hand. Very kind, supportive and encouraging.
