Dr. Shenoy's Care

Great place for treatment of arthritis .I had rheumatoid arthritis with fibromyalgia for last 10 years . I had visited most of the centers in south india including vellore hospital . Not much relief. I was on steroids and pain killers for long time . But after coming to dr. shenoy's treatment and initiating on newer drugs my RA got controlled and I could stop steroids . Also with help of fibromyalgia team including psychologist and physiotherapy team now I am pain free . There are very few centres in country which treat fibromyalgia and arthritis with most advanced facilities under one roof. I am now 60 yrs and I feel I should have come here much earlier. Better late than never . Thank god and team care. Now I am pain free

I am from idukki . aged 60 yrs . I have been suffering from pain in joints for 8 yrs I had visited more than 20 doctors ayurveda , homeopathy and allopathy including all major centers in idukki and kottayam . No relief. heard from my neighbour about this center in January . Due to lock down i could not visit . visited in may . Now its is 3 months . All my reports were seen by junior doctor and entered in computer. It took time and i saw the doctor after 3 h ours . But the diagnosis was made and my treatment was started. yes waiting was slightly more than other 5 star hospital but the charges are very low and diagnosis and treatment is very good and i feel a bit busy opd is the testimony that hospital is good. I would like to thank doctor and entire team for taking care of me very well i thank god and will recommend this place to everyone

I had been taking treatment in this clinic since 2 years. I have no complaints regarding the doctors and the treatment. But the staff are very arrogant and inefficient towards the patients. They give appointment, however never keep the time. It is more so that in my 2 years time the delay used to run into 5 to 6 hrs. I do not understand why they give appointments if they can't keep the time. It is my experience that almost every time I took a morning appointment, I will only be able to leave the hospital by 5 or 6pm due to poor time management and administration.nThe staff never gives u a proper answer or response to queries regarding these delays. It s my understanding that this clinic is the best one in kochi but that does not mean that u don't value the time of patients. If u can't value other's time how can you value a person's health. On my final appointment on last week despite intimating that I am severely unwell, I was made to sit from 12.30 pm to 5.30 pm. My given appointment time was 1pm.I finally decided to leave and I couldn't meet a doctor even after waiting for that much time. It was only because I knew other patients are going through the same plight, I didn't want to make a scene about this issue which I believe should have been apt. It is from my experience I believe the administration and operation team have no clue how to go about this whole thing and I am sure there will be very many patients sharing my view.

Doctors are excellent. Staffs are very rude.need to take appointments two weeks before. Need to spend lot of time at the clinic to meet doctors. Ambient parking space.

I had come here with my grandmother.nDiagnosis & treatment is really good. And the doctors are also very caring and have a good expertise in treating arthritis related problems. She also found a recovery, though it took few months.nnWhat is disappointing is the rush and the waiting time. One whole day has to be spent here for a single consultation.nI came here by 11:00pm, my appointment was @ 11.30pm.And after all the consultation processes I could return home only by 5.30pm.
